Description

The Group for the Advancement of Doctoral Education (GADE) in Social Work is an organization made up of over 90 social work doctoral program directors worldwide who represent their member Universities. The GADE’s mission is to promote rigor in doctoral education in social work, focusing on preparing scholars, researchers, and educators who function as stewards of the discipline. Each year, the conference adopts a broad and timely theme to inspire meaningful dialogue around the changing landscape of doctoral education in social work. This year’s conference is titled, Knowledge Production & Mobilization in an Era of Global Justice.
